My iPhone says it's disabled connect to iTunes

My phone won't let me do anything except make emergency calls and I can answer if someone calls but I can't read any messages or go to settings to turn on wifi and I don't have a laptop or computer so how can fix it?

To fix  your disabled iPhone, you need to put it in DFU mode and then restore it with iTunes. You can't fix a disabled iPhone without iTunes or Computer. You also need to know that your data will be deleted from the device.
