Initial Carrier US GSM Service Policy - What does This Means?

Hello dear support. I bought the new iPhone 7, but I want to unlock it for Europe. I ordered online imei checker and my carrier is US GSM Service Policy. How can I know whether my iPhone is locked to AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile or other US carrier? I read online that in the most cases it's AT&T, but I submitted it for unlock and they rejected my imei. They told me that it's not locked to AT&T. Please help me. Below is my complete imei details:

My phone was stolen I type in the IMEI number and it says iPhone sold to initial carrier and locked.

Hey I’m sorry I can’t give u an answer but I was wondering where u did the online imei check? I would love to be able to find that info
